Bookings
The best way to book is online at http://gilwellpark.ticketseller.co.uk , alternatively you can download the booking form as Acrobat PDF (1mb) and then return it to us with full payment.
The cost of the event for Scouts, Guides, Rangers and Explorers is £28 -all young people must be under the age of 18. For leaders/helpers the cost is £14.
'Please remember if you have already booked you may bring up to three extra people on the day, however these cannot be catered places.
Leaders/helpers may not take part in activities within the main programme, however a special adult session will be run for some activities.
Closing Date
The closing date for the next event is the 16 November 2009. Please note that there are limited quantities of pre-booked meals so early booking is advised.
What Happens Next?
Once we have received your booking for the event we will confirm your booking by the 10 December 2009: confirmation will include your 'Travel Pack' and receipt. The pack will include all the information you need to get to the event. Shortly before the event we will publish all of this information on this website too. Where you have given us an email address we will only send you confirmation material electronically.
