2011 and 2012 were amazing years for Wintercamp - we welcomed more Scouts and Explorers on site than ever before and tickets were completely sold out! We're now busy planning the 2013 event - you can book your ticket online from June onwards!
Alternatively, to book tickets by post please print and complete the Wintercamp 2013 booking form which will be available when ticket sales open, ensuring this arrives as soon as possible before the booking deadline.
- Applications close mid-November 2012, but as we sold out for the 2011 and 2012 events, early booking is recommended. Please note there are limited quantities of pre-booked meals so early booking is advised.
- You may bring up to three extra people on the day, however these cannot be catered places.
- Leaders/helpers may not take part in activities within the main programme, however a special adult session will be run for some activities.
What happens next?
Once we have received your booking for the event, we will confirm your booking by mid December 2012.
Confirmation will include your Booking Confirmation Pack and receipt. The pack will include all the information you need to get to the event, however, these documents are also available to view and download individually below. Where you have given us an email address we will only send you confirmation material electronically.
